On Tuesday, police arrested 28-year-old Domingo Severino and charged him with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
Police have contacted Britt’s attorney, Robert Lane, to set up a meeting so Britt can “provide additional information pertaining to the case.” Lane had previously told reporters that there was “zero chance” Britt would be arrested.
